On advanced machines, both the sear and the flat trigger blade are machined to minimal tolerances. With a hardness of 56 Rockwell, these components last a long time and deliver the same performance time and time again. For the finishing touches, Timney made a deliberate choice: the trigger blade receives a black oxide coating, while the sear carries an NP-3 coating. This latter layer resists corrosion and also acts as a self-lubricating agent, ensuring the trigger functions reliably for years to come.

Both the trigger pull weight and overtravel are adjustable to your preference. An appropriate hex key is included in the packaging. For the dedicated shooter who wants to get everything out of the CZ 457, this is a logical upgrade.
