Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase at Tactical Trophy. We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your products. Below you will find our return and refund policy.

1. Returns within 14 days: We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns received after this period may not be accepted.

2. Customer responsibility: The customer is responsible for returning the products. Returns are at your own expense, depending on the courier and the country from which you send your parcel back. Please pack the items carefully to prevent damage during transport. A return without packaging will not be accepted. The product must still be in its original packaging, unless the product was already damaged on receipt.

3. Damaged or defective product: Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during shipping or production. We are of course happy to resolve this with you. Send a message to info@tacticaltrophy.com with a photo of the issue. Our customer service will work with you as quickly as possible to find a solution.

4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, namely products that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery, products made to your specifications, and products that perish quickly or have a limited shelf life. Discounted and sale items can be returned under the same conditions as other products.

5. Refunds: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the full purchase price to the original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on the processing time of your bank or credit card company.
