1. About this privacy policy
Tactical Trophy values your privacy and only processes personal data that is necessary for (improving) our services. This privacy policy describes which data we collect, for what purposes, with which parties we share it and what rights you have. It applies to the use of our website and services. The effective date is 17 June 2026. With the publication of a new version, all previous versions cease to be valid.

2. Data controller
Tactical Trophy is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy. Our contact details are listed in article 11.

3. Parties that process data on our behalf
3.1 Shopify – Our online store and email run on Shopify's software and hosting. Personal data you provide to us is shared with Shopify in order to provide and support our services. Shopify applies appropriate security measures, including SSL encryption, and is a certified processor of credit card data. Your data may be processed in the United States on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
3.2 Mollie – We use Mollie to process payments. Mollie processes, among other things, your name, address details and payment details, and has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect them.
3.3 Klaviyo – We use Klaviyo for our newsletter and email marketing, processing your name and email address. You only receive commercial emails after signing up or as an existing customer, and you can unsubscribe free of charge at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email. Processing may take place in the United States on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
3.4 Judge.me – We collect reviews via Judge.me, processing your name and email address to link your review to your order or to invite you to leave a review.
3.5 PostNL – To deliver your order, we share your name and address details with PostNL. PostNL uses this data solely to carry out the delivery.

4. Purpose of processing
We use your data solely for our services and – after you have signed up or as an existing customer – for our newsletter and email marketing. Your data is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes, other than to comply with accounting and administrative obligations. Any third parties involved are bound to confidentiality.

5. Automatically collected data
Data automatically collected by our website, such as your IP address, web browser and operating system, is processed solely to improve our services. This data is not personal data.

6. Retention periods
We retain your data for as long as you are a customer and no longer than two years after the last contact or transaction, unless a legal basis requires longer retention. Invoices containing your data are retained for the statutory administrative retention period.

7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to the processing of your personal data. You can submit a request to the contact details in article 11; we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.

8. Cookies
Cookies from Google Analytics are placed via our website to analyse how the website is used. If third-party software solutions place cookies, this is stated in this privacy policy.

9. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Our processors are contractually obliged to do the same.

10. Changes
We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy. The most recent version can always be found on this page. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you by email.
