For the Tokyo Marui SOPMOD M4 airsoft replica, LayLax supplies an improved trigger lock pin that can be securely fastened in place with a threaded design.
During shooting, the large bolt and powerful buffer spring of the SOPMOD M4 exert considerable forces on the trigger lock pin. Due to these repeated vibrations, the original pin can come loose and the pin hole can wear over time. LayLax solves this with a two-part design: the pin has a head at both ends, so it cannot fully shoot through the pin hole. Both heads are equipped with a hexagonal slot, allowing you to easily secure the pin with an allen key. A common upgrade for shooters who use their SOPMOD M4 intensively.
