ThermTec Ibex 335L

The ThermTec IBEX 335L is a compact thermal imaging riflescope featuring a classic 30 mm tube design, integrated laser rangefinder and ballistic calculator. The combination of a 384×288 thermal sensor, high thermal sensitivity and a 35 mm objective lens provides detailed thermal imaging and reliable identification in a wide range of conditions.

384×288 thermal sensor

The IBEX 335L features a 384×288 sensor with a 12 μm pixel pitch and thermal sensitivity of <18 mK NETD. This allows subtle temperature differences to be displayed clearly, maintaining good image detail in conditions such as fog, rain or low thermal contrast.

The 35 mm objective lens provides an optical magnification of 3.7x. Continuous 1–4x digital zoom increases the total magnification up to 14.8x.

Integrated laser rangefinder

The IBEX 335L features an integrated laser rangefinder with a measuring range of up to 1,000 metres. This allows the distance to a target to be measured directly through the scope without requiring a separate rangefinder.

An integrated ballistic calculator is also available. In combination with the measured distance, this function can be used to calculate relevant ballistic corrections.

1600×1200 AMOLED display

The thermal image is displayed on a high-resolution 1600×1200 AMOLED display. Combined with a 50 Hz refresh rate, this provides a smooth and detailed image, even when the target or user is moving.

Multiple image and reticle settings are available for different situations. The IBEX 335L offers 7 reticles in 6 colours, allowing the display to be adjusted to personal preference.

Classic 30 mm mounting system

Thanks to its 30 mm tube diameter, the ThermTec IBEX 335L can be used with standard 30 mm scope rings. Its design and operation therefore remain familiar to users accustomed to traditional riflescopes.

Focusing is controlled through the central focus turret, allowing the image to be adjusted without having to reach forward to the objective lens.

Recording and 64 GB internal storage

The IBEX 335L features 64 GB of internal storage for saving photos and videos. With Recoil Activated Video (RAV), recording can be triggered automatically when recoil is detected.

Built-in Wi-Fi functionality also allows the scope to connect to a compatible mobile device.

Replaceable 18650 battery

The scope is powered by a replaceable 18650 battery and offers an operating time of up to approximately 6 hours. The battery can easily be replaced during extended use.

The housing has an IP67 rating and is designed for use in demanding weather conditions. At approximately 770 grams without the battery, the IBEX 335L remains relatively compact for a thermal scope with an integrated LRF.
