A slug for those who want to shoot accurately at long distances: the Nielsen 7.62 mm of 47.2 grain. Due to its considerable weight combined with a streamlined shape, this projectile flies particularly true. In addition to target shooting, you can also use this slug for hunting, provided that is permitted in your country. The ballistic coefficient is 0.110.
What characterizes this dish base slug: it is pressed from soft lead and equipped with a hollow point. The hollow point and soft lead together ensure very rapid expansion, resulting in great impact. You don't need to grease it — the slugs are supplied oiled.
Note: do not use this slug in an FX Smooth Twist loop. With the FX Smooth Twist X slug liner, however, it works perfectly.
