Speciaal voor het opgelegd kaartschieten op 25 meter is de Vector Optics Sentinel-X Pro 10-40x50 uitgerust met het COM-25M draadkruis. Dat draadkruis zit in het tweede beeldvlak en vergroot dus niet mee. Draai je naar de volle 40x vergroting, dan valt de center dot precies binnen de 2 mm roos van een 25 meter Benchrest-schietschijf. Voor wisselende lichtomstandigheden kun je die center dot in 11 standen oplichten — een gangbare kijker voor de precisieschutter die op de kaart schiet.
Instellen van de parallax doe je via de linker turret, over een bereik van 10 meter tot oneindig. Verstellen onder je ingestelde nulpunt wordt tegengehouden door de Zero-Stop op zowel de elevation- als de windage-turret.
Wat de opbouw betreft: de behuizing is vervaardigd uit 6061-T6 aluminiumlegering en vangt schokken tot 750 G op. Vocht houd je buiten dankzij het IP65 waterdichtheidscertificaat en de stikstofvulling in de behuizing.
