Optical properties

For maximum light transmission, the riflescope is equipped with a Schott HT lens, supplemented with a LaREE HD lens that ensures sharp images and reduced chromatic aberration. Vector Optics has fully multi-coated both lenses, resulting in a light transmission of at least 90%. The result: a crystal-clear and sharp image, even in poor lighting conditions.

With an eye relief of 100 mm, the riflescope provides sufficient space for situational awareness and safe use.

Reticle

The VEC-MBR2 reticle is located in the first focal plane (FFP) and therefore magnifies with the magnification. This makes it suitable for long-range precision shooting. The center dot has a size of 0.035 MRAD and the step markings of 0.2 MRAD are calibrated for PRS use. In the upper right of the reticle there is a distance estimation reference for quick consultation.

The reticle illumination can be adjusted to six intensity levels — partially or fully — so it remains clearly visible even in low light.

Adjustments

Click by click you adjust horizontally and vertically in increments of 0.1 MRAD, with each click clearly audible. The parallax correction ranges from 13.7 m to infinity. If you have a vision correction need, the diopter adjustment offers a correction range of -3 to +2 dpt.

Mechanical properties

The elevation turret is equipped with a zero stop, allowing you to set the zero point at the desired distance. A turret lock prevents the setting from being inadvertently changed by accidental contact.

With an IP67 rating, the riflescope is completely dustproof and waterproof — usable under severe conditions. Nitrogen filling also ensures that the internal lenses cannot fog up.
