Vector Optics Frenzy Plus Multi-Reticle Solar Power Red Dot

A red dot that stays sharp all the way to the edges: that's what the aspherical lens of the Vector Optics Frenzy Plus Multi-Reticle Solar Power delivers to you. Such a lens focuses all light rays at the correct point and keeps spherical aberration — the blurry image along the edge of the dot — under control. The result is clear vision with good overview while you aim. The multi-coating on the lens ensures a sharp image and vibrant colors. Mounting is quick thanks to the Quick-Detach Weaver/Picatinny mounting base, which you simply click onto an accessory rail. For sport shooters a convenient, versatile choice.

Multi-Reticle
The reticle of this Frenzy Plus is adjustable, because Vector Optics equipped it with a multi-reticle system. You choose the display yourself:
• The circle and the dot together
• Only the outer circle of the reticle
• Only the dot (dot size 3 MOA)
You can feel and hear the adjustments: with each click the reticle moves 1 MOA further, with a clearly audible click, and the adjustment range is 100 MOA in both elevation and windage. For brightness you have ten levels at your disposal — eight for daylight and two for night vision — so the red dot remains usable in virtually every light situation.

Efficient battery usage
On top sits a small solar panel that supplies power to the illuminated reticle. If you're shooting indoors, a CR2032 battery takes over; you change it via the side, so the red dot can remain on the accessory rail and doesn't need to be re-zeroed. At the lowest brightness level, that battery gives you no less than 80,000 hours. It's extra economical thanks to the motion sensor: after two minutes without activity the red dot shuts itself off, and with a short movement back and forth it's back on immediately. Handy and economical at the same time.

Housing
For the housing Vector Optics chose 6061 T6 aluminum, so the Frenzy Plus Multi-Reticle Solar Power can handle a knock. With IPX7 certification it is also waterproof: up to one meter deep and submerged for a maximum of 30 minutes without water entering.
