The Vector Optics Frenzy Plus 3 MOA is a compact red dot with a dot size of 3 MOA and a housing made of impact-resistant 6061-T6 aluminium. With a weight of just 81 grams and a length of 48 mm, it fits effortlessly on various platforms. Brightness is adjusted via buttons on the left side, with a total of eight levels for daytime use and two levels compatible with night vision devices.
For power supply, you use a CR2032 battery. At the lowest brightness level, it achieves a battery life of no less than 50,000 hours. Additionally, the Frenzy Plus features a motion sensor with shake awake function: after two minutes without movement, the red dot automatically switches off, and a brief shaking motion is enough to reactivate it. A convenient combination for those who want to be economical with the battery.
Aiming is quick thanks to the multi-coated lenses and unlimited eye relief. For precise adjustment, the red dot has an elevation turret and a windage turret, both with clearly audible clicks of 1 MOA each. The maximum adjustment range is 45 MOA per turret.
With an IP67 rating, the Frenzy Plus is completely dust and dirt-proof and resistant to submersion in water up to one meter depth for a maximum of 30 minutes. A solid choice for sport shooters looking for a reliable red dot for varying conditions.
