The mount features a spring that absorbs some of that recoil, reducing the stress on your scope. This allows you to mount more affordable scopes without recoil damage — a practical solution for shooters who don't want to invest in the most expensive glass right away.
The rings measure 30 mm; for smaller scopes, 25.4 mm adapter rings are included. For extra grip on your weapon, the ZR mount is also equipped with a stop pin.
