Miniature Goatguns RPK Black

The Goatguns RPK Black is a metal die-cast model at 1:3 scale, where the mechanisms of the real weapon have been recreated — including the ability to cycle dummy rounds.

The model is based on the RPK-16, a Russian LMG intended to replace the older RPK-74. The RPK-16 was developed on the AK-12 platform and shares many parts with it. A notable feature of the original is the 95-round drum magazine, designed for sustained fire — a significant step up from the 45-round magazine of its predecessor. All these characteristics are reflected in this scale model.

The frame is fully die-cast metal; the magazine and pistol grip are made of plastic, just like the real weapon. This makes the model sturdy and realistic to hold. The model features Weaver/Picatinny mounting rails that are compatible with Goatguns Picatinny AR accessories, so you can customize it to your liking.

The miniature is supplied in loose parts and can be assembled using the included instructions. The included dummy rounds can be loaded into the magazine, which can then be placed in the model. With repeated cycling, the rounds are automatically ejected. The stock is adjustable and collapsible — a common feature for scale model enthusiasts who appreciate functional details.
