UTG 3x Flip-to-Side QD Front Magnifier

With the UTG 3x Flip-to-Side QD magnifier, you effortlessly switch between short and long distances without having to replace your red dot or iron sights with a riflescope. A convenient choice for shooters who want flexibility without changing sighting systems.

Mount the magnifier on the sight side of your red dot — or iron sights — and you get instant 3x magnification, with your sighting system magnified in view. For short-range use, simply flip the magnifier to the side, so your red dot or iron sights have clear sight picture again.

The locking system works under spring tension: in the flipped-away position, the UTG 3x Flip-to-Side QD magnifier stays firmly in place, and when folded back, it centers itself precisely. Elevation and windage adjustments are present, and via the diopter you can adjust focus to your eyeglass prescription within an adjustment range of +1 to -1.

The lenses have multi-coated optics for better clarity and contrast. The 25 mm objective allows sufficient light through for a bright image. Mounting is done via a Weaver/Picatinny connection with a quick detach locking lever — the center of the magnifier sits 42 mm above the mounting rail.

Rubber seals and nitrogen filling protect the UTG 3x Flip-to-Side QD magnifier against internal fogging during large temperature changes. Nitrogen molecules are larger than oxygen molecules and therefore penetrate less quickly through the pores of the seals, allowing the filling to remain intact longer and keeping moist air out.
