De Prometheus EG inner barrel voor de Krytac LVOA-S is vervaardigd van hoogwaardig, stijf roestvrijstaal en heeft nauwe toleranties van +/- 0.01 mm. De binnendiameter bedraagt 6.03 mm (buitendiameter 8.5 mm), wat zorgt voor een strakke passing van kwaliteits-BB's. Dankzij de gelijkmatige afdichting rondom de BB blijft drukverlies minimaal en schiet de loop consistent accuraat.
Qua ontwerp is deze loop gebaseerd op de bekende Tokyo Marui-lopen, maar door het robuuste staalgebruik vervormt hij beduidend minder snel dan een originele loop — een solide upgrade voor de serieuze airsoftschutter. Inbegrepen zijn twee O-ringen voor directe montage.
