Looking for more precision from your G36C, P90, CAR15 or SIG552? With this Prometheus EG inner barrel you replace the standard inner barrel and get significantly higher accuracy from your replica. This is due to better air seal and because the hop-up can do its job much better with a barrel of this level. Do keep in mind that quality BB's are needed to get the most out of it — a logical combination for anyone serious about precision.

Part of the performance gain lies in the material. Whereas most inner barrels are made of brass or aluminum, Prometheus chose stainless steel here. It deforms barely, so a knock is less likely to be fatal than with the original barrel. Moreover, stainless steel expands less than brass and aluminum: if the barrel heats up during a long series of shots, you'll notice much less of that in your accuracy.

Besides the material, production precision plays a major role. The inner diameter is 6.03 mm, with a tolerance of only +/- 0.01 mm, and the outer diameter comes to 8.5 mm. The finish is of a very high level. At the muzzle the barrel widens slightly; this prevents a sudden pressure drop and keeps the BB stable when leaving the barrel thanks to an even pressure progression.
