De Prometheus EG inner barrel voor de G&G CM16 SRS is gebaseerd op de befaamde loopstandaard van Tokyo Marui. Met een binnendiameter van 6.03 mm en nauwe toleranties (+/- 0.01 mm) sluit een kwalitatieve BB nauwkeurig aan in de loop. Dit minimaliseert drukverlies en zorgt voor een gelijkmatige afdichting rondom de BB — wat direct merkbaar is in de schietprecisie. De buitendiameter bedraagt 8.5 mm.
