The HikMicro Neos NH35L is a thermal imaging scope with a sensitive sensor and a sharp price — making it an accessible choice for anyone purchasing a thermal imaging scope for the first time.
Central to the device is the sensor with a resolution of 384x288 and an NETD value of <18mK. This low NETD value means that even small temperature differences are detected, making it considerably easier to distinguish targets in poor visibility conditions. Images are displayed on a 0.49" AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 50 Hz, so moving targets remain smooth in view.
The detection range extends to just over one kilometer. The digital magnification is adjustable between 4x and 24x; focusing is done via the focus ring, and the screen itself is sharpened with the diopter.
For long-distance use, the NH35L features a built-in laser rangefinder with a range of up to 1000 meters under optimal conditions. Combined with the ballistic calculator, the scope automatically calculates the corrected point of aim, which is displayed directly on the reticle. This allows you to shoot accurately at distance without manual adjustments.
Video recording is also possible: recordings are saved to internal memory and can be transferred to other devices later. Convenient is the recoil activation: the scope starts recording just before the shot and stops shortly after, so both the shot and the impact are captured.
