The HikMicro Neos NH25L is a thermal imaging riflescope with a sensitive sensor and an attractive price — making it one of the more accessible options in the thermal imaging segment.

Heat differences are detected with an NETD value of <18mK, which means that even subtle temperature differences become visible. This makes detecting targets in poor weather conditions considerably more feasible. The 320x240 sensor processes the image with a refresh rate of 50 Hz, allowing moving targets to be tracked smoothly. The display is shown on a 0.49" AMOLED screen.

The detection range extends to over one kilometer. Via digital magnification you can adjust the image from 3.5x to 24.5x. Focusing is done with the focus ring; the screen itself is adjusted with the diopter.

For long-distance use, a laser rangefinder is built in, with a maximum measuring range of 1000 meters under optimal conditions. The built-in ballistic calculator processes that range data and displays a corrected aiming point on the reticle — handy for accurate shooting at long range.

Video recording is also possible. Recordings are saved to internal storage and can be transferred to other devices. Particularly practical is the recoil activation: the riflescope automatically saves a clip that starts just before the shot and ends shortly after impact, so you capture the entire shot.
