The Parforce Sautöter is based on the interceptor knife of the legendary hunter and head forester Rudolf Frieß.
The form of the Parforce Sautöters according to R. Frieß is based on the descriptions of the old Hanoverian Couteau, as described by the legendary hunter and head forester Rudolf Frieß in his book Hatz-Watz.
The imposing hunting knife has a stab-optimized Waiblatt blade made of 1.4116 stainless steel with a stable blade tip for catching.
It is equipped with a wide crossguard on both sides, which protects the hand from "reaching over". The ergonomically shaped handle with integrated finger grooves and handle scales made of real deer horn also offers good handling.
The interceptor comes with a strong leather sheath with a snap fastener.
