The CASO FW 2000 meat grinder is a true all-rounder that can be used both for mincing meat (e.g. for making sausages) or for processing dough (e.g. shortbread cookies). It has a powerful 2000 watt motor and a high-quality metal gear - professional quality for a long service life and optimal power transmission. The motor can be set to two speeds and has forward and reverse. The pre-cutting technology and the high-quality stainless steel blades protect the material to be cut while preserving the quality.

Note on cleaning
Wash all components that have come into contact with food with hot soapy water - clean these components immediately after use! The pusher, knife, perforated discs, sausage-making attachment and the dough attachment with template are dishwasher-safe and can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
