The Wald & Forst chopping set consists of 3 different types of knives, which are essential for chopping venison. Crustacean knives (10.5 cm blade, overall length 22.5 cm), Skinner knife (11 cm blade, overall length 22.5 cm), Caper knife (9 cm blade, overall length 20.5 cm ). The blades are made of strong 440A steel. All knives have an orange, non-slip plastic handle with a strap eyelet. Including practical transport case.
