This knife was specially developed for collecting and preparing mushrooms. Mushroom skinning is easy with the fine, curved Sandvik stainless steel blade with a serrated back. At the end of the handle, made of natural-coloured, lacquered beech wood, there is a brush made of wild boar bristles, which can be used to easily brush off dirt from the mushrooms
