A lightweight folding knife is a basic part of any EDC setup. With its well-designed shape, quality materials, and distinctive look, the M-Tac Type 12 Spider Web is well suited for everyday use in a wide range of conditions. The blade is made of D2 steel, an alloy containing carbon, manganese, silicon, chromium, and molybdenum. This combination provides high hardness, corrosion resistance, and excellent edge retention, allowing the blade to stay sharp for a long time. The handle is made of G10, a high-strength composite based on fiberglass, impregnated with epoxy resin and compressed under high pressure and temperature. This material is known for its durability, light weight, and wear resistance. The handle surface features a spider web pattern in black and pink, giving the knife a bold and distinctive appearance. In the open position, the blade is secured by a steel liner integrated into the handle. This locking system, known as a Liner Lock, is simple, reliable, and widely used in folding knives.
