The blade is made of D2 steel, an alloy containing carbon, manganese, silicon, chromium, and molybdenum. This combination provides high hardness, good corrosion resistance, and excellent edge retention, ensuring long-lasting sharpness. The blade is treated with a stonewash finish, which gives the surface a matte appearance, reduces glare, and helps conceal signs of wear from regular use. The handle is made of G10, a high-strength composite material based on fiberglass, impregnated with epoxy resin and pressed under high pressure and temperature. It is known for its durability, low weight, and resistance to impact and wear. The handle design is decorated with imagery inspired by the Northern Sea, a legendary drakkar ship, and the “Helm of Awe” rune. These elements give the knife a distinctive character and a strong visual identity. In the open position, the blade is secured by a steel liner integrated into the handle. This locking system, known as a Liner Lock, is simple, reliable, and widely used in folding knives. A pocket clip is installed on the handle for convenient everyday carry.
