Hearing Protector Caldwell E-Max Pro BT Comms

Then the Caldwell E-Max Pro BT Comms offers both: an electronic hearing protector with Bluetooth and boom microphone. Power runs via a lithium-ion battery or 3 AAA batteries, and the detachable headband ensures wearing comfort. Talking with your companions and protecting your hearing against noise go hand in hand here.

Bluetooth connectivity

Pair a smartphone via the integrated Bluetooth and you can simply keep the ear cups on. Playing music is possible, but answering an incoming phone call works just as well – both without removing the protection. On the shooting range or in another noisy environment, your hearing remains continuously shielded.

Communication

Clear coordination with other users? For that, there's a built-in walkie-talkie with 22 channels, with an effective range of around 180 meters. The sound comes through a boom microphone that you can click on the ear cup to the left or right of your choice. If you want the microphone out of the way while shooting, you can swap it for the included short microphone.

For activation you choose from two modes. With 'Voice Activated', the microphone automatically turns on as soon as it picks up your voice. If you prefer to give the signal yourself, use 'Push To Talk': the microphone only opens after pressing the PTT button, handy when you want to keep communication firmly under your control.

Comfortable to wear

Even with a hat on, the headband remains comfortable – the design is tailored for this. If you detach the band from the ear cups, you can just as easily combine the E-Max Pro BT Comms with a helmet mount.
