De Contessa CAR91 is een gepatenteerde Picatinny-rail voor de Carcano 91. De rail is uit massief staal vervaardigd en wordt gemonteerd met de twee bestaande bevestigingspunten, zonder de originele kolf aan te passen.
De constructie houdt de oorspronkelijke vizierlijn vrij en is zo vormgegeven dat laden en uitwerpen niet worden gehinderd. Montageschroeven en sleutel worden meegeleverd.
