Are you looking for a serious upgrade for a rifle with CZ 457 footprint? Then the MDT ACC Premier Gen2 – Remington 700 SA – FDE chassis is a logical choice. The basis consists of black anodized 6061 aluminum, a material that resists corrosion well. The forend measures 15" (38.1 cm) and features multiple M-LOK slots on both sides; running along the bottom over the full length is an Arca accessory rail. You can mount accessories without hassle, and if you want to balance the chassis even more precisely, you can place balancing weights in it.
You insert an action with two screws, after which the chassis is immediately ready for use – assembly is deliberately kept simple. Just below the forend, at the front, you'll find an extra-high barricade stop with which you can position the weapon firmly against virtually any obstacle. For better grip on recoil, there is an integrated thumb rest on the rear of the action, just above the adjustable MDT Vertical Grip.
The rear is equipped with the MDT SRS-X LITE buttstock. Its largely open-frame design keeps the weight low and contributes to balance, while you can adjust it at multiple points: the cheek riser on top is adjustable in height, and you adjust the LOP with spacers under the buttpad. On the underside of the buttstock there is also an M-LOK slot, handy for example for a monopod.
