Bipod MDT GRND-POD Dovetail/Arca

The MDT GRND-POD is a bipod for Dovetail/Arca-rail, built from 6061-T6 aluminium with carbon fibre legs. The latter is no detail: carbon fibre feels pleasant to the touch, even at low temperatures. At 468 grams, it is a solid yet well-balanced support — a common choice for precision sport shooters who value quick adjustments in the field.

All adjustments can be made with one hand, so you keep your other hand on the rifle. The legs can be set at four fixed angles: 0°, 50°, 90° and 180°. Moreover, they are extendable and can be adjusted independently of each other, which is handy on uneven terrain. At an angle of 50°, the minimum height is 11.5 cm; at 90° you achieve a maximum height of 23 cm.

The head of the bipod is tiltable up to 40°, adjustable via a lever — this also works with one hand. This keeps the rifle stable, even on sloping ground. The feet are replaceable.
