The rail shields the barrel of the FX Impact and provides extra mounting options with M-LOK slots on both sides. Additionally, it partly determines the look of your Impact: you choose between the 'Slotted' or 'Triangular' version.
Machined from aluminum in the US, this rail connects to various Backbone variants as follows:
- Medium: complete coverage with one Ribcage rail
- Long: complete coverage with two Ribcage rails
- Short: not compatible
