If you're looking for a robust chassis for a long-range rifle, the MDT Oryx – CZ 457 – Black offers a strong foundation. The entire construction consists of 6061 aluminum with a black anodized coating, a material that resists corrosion well. MDT Defense also chose to make the chassis compatible with AICS magazines (Accuracy International Chassis System). These magazines align the cartridge precisely with the chamber, ensuring reliable and consistent feeding – technically well thought out.
At the bottom of the foregrip you'll find various M-LOK slots; with these you can easily mount a bipod or place the whole thing on a tripod. The sides of that same foregrip have diagonal grooves on both sides that provide extra grip. Also pleasant to use is the AR grip, which feels good in the hand, while the buttstock is also comfortable. Via spacers you adjust the LOP to the position that suits you best. On top of the buttstock is a cheek riser that you adjust in height with an Allen wrench. For shooters seeking precision at distance, a logical choice.
