Chassis MDT Field Stock - CZ 457 - Black

The MDT Field Stock chassis for the CZ 457 combines an aluminum inner frame with a polymer outer layer. This combination gives the chassis its rigidity, while the polymer overmolding provides a comfortable grip — even when temperatures drop. The classic, traditional design aligns with an ergonomic shooting position, while concealing a number of clever technical features that prove their value both in hunting and competitive shooting.

Accuracy is central to the design. The V-block bedding holds the action in place with high precision, minimizing play during firing. Additionally, the barrel is free floating in the handguard, which further increases the consistency of every shot. For magazine feeding, the chassis is compatible with AICS magazines, which are specially developed for reliable and even feeding — a common choice among precision shooters.

Adjusting to the shooter is quick and tool-free. The cheek rest is adjusted via a rotary knob on the underside, so your eye always aligns correctly with the scope. If you set the cheek rest to its lowest position, you can also easily remove the bolt. The length of pull (LOP) is adjustable via included shim plates, making the chassis suitable for a wide range of shooters.

Attaching accessories can be done in multiple ways. On the underside and sides of the forend are M-LOK slots for mounting a bipod or other equipment. Two sling mounts — one at the front, one at the rear — allow for attachment of a rifle sling, as well as other accessories with sling mount attachment.

Installation requires no gunsmith intervention. You place the action in the chassis and secure it with two screws. Within minutes, you've given your CZ 457 a solid upgrade.
