During the production of the sear and trigger blade, tolerances are limited to a minimum, thanks to advanced machinery. With a hardness of 56 Rockwell, both components last a long time and performance remains consistent. A black oxide coating protects the trigger; the sear received an NP-3 coating that prevents corrosion and is self-lubricating. Together, these properties ensure that the trigger remains reliable for a lifetime.
