M-Tac has introduced a new thematic AR-15 VELCRO/PVC PATCH as part of their ongoing series dedicated to military weapons. This patch is an excellent addition for military personnel and all fans of military style. The patch features the American semi-automatic rifle AR-15, originally developed by ArmaLite as an assault rifle for the U.S. Army. In 1959, the rights to its design were sold to Colt's, and by the early 1960s, the automatic version of the AR-15, designated as the M16, was adopted by the Air Force and later by the U.S. Navy and Army. Additionally, the patch showcases the .223 rifle cartridge, which was developed in 1957 by Remington Arms and Fairchild Aircraft for the U.S. Army Forces Command. The .223 Remington is one of the most popular field cartridges and is regarded as the civilian version of the standard 5.56 × 45mm NATO military cartridge. Crafted from high-quality PVC material (polyvinyl chloride) using 3D technology, the patch has a three-dimensional appearance and a realistic image.
