Night Vision Riflescope HikMicro Cheetah LRF Clip-On 940 nm IR

Three applications in one device: that's how you use the HikMicro Cheetah LRF Clip-On 940 nm IR night vision scope. Used by hand, it functions as a monocular to spot game. Remove the eyepiece and you mount it in front of a regular rifle scope, turning it into night vision optics. Because the infrared lamp operates at 940 nm, the IR light is barely noticeable to game.

Keep the eyepiece on and you get a reticle option, allowing the device itself to function as a rifle scope. Zeroing in is quick thanks to the zoom & freeze function: you aim, fire a shot and aim again. Slide the reticle within that function to the impact point, and the Cheetah is zeroed in.

What stands out is how versatile this device is and how easy it remains to use. Four modes ensure you can pick it up at any time of day:

That fog mode really stands out. HikMicro raised infrared detection in foggy conditions to a high level with their own optical approach. The 2560x1440 UHD sensor achieves a detection range of 350 meters, supported by the internal 940 nm infrared lamp. The 1920x1080 OLED display then shows a detailed image with a frame rate of 25 Hz.

Very practical is the built-in laser rangefinder. One button press is all it takes: a 905 nm laser measures distance with 4% accuracy, from ten meters to a kilometer away.

Power comes from a rechargeable battery, and via the USB-C connection you can optionally connect an external power source. Recording is also possible: photos, video and audio are saved to the 64 GB internal memory. Convenient for hunters is the recoil activation, where the rifle's recoil automatically starts a recording. A versatile choice for those serious about night hunting.
