The HikMicro Cheetah Clip-On 940 nm IR night vision device is versatile: use it as a monocular to spot game, mount it as a front attachment in front of an existing scope to convert it into a night vision sight, or use it — with eyepiece — as a full-featured sight with reticle. The 940 nm infrared lamp provides an IR light source that is difficult for game to detect.
Zeroing is quick via the zoom & freeze function: shoot at your target, freeze the image and shift the reticle to the point of impact. This way the Cheetah is zeroed in a short time without complicated procedures.
What stands out about the Cheetah is how versatile it is — day, night and in challenging weather conditions. It features four operating modes:

- Fog
Especially the fog mode stands out: HikMicro has brought infrared detection under foggy conditions to a high level with its own optical solution. The 2560x1440 UHD sensor achieves a detection range of 350 meters, supported by the built-in 940 nm infrared lamp. The image is displayed on a 1920x1080 OLED display with a frame rate of 25 Hz, providing a smooth and detailed image.
The device runs on a built-in rechargeable battery and can be connected via USB-C to an external power source for longer sessions. Photos, video and audio are saved to the internal 64 GB memory. Handy for hunters: recoil activation automatically starts recording the moment the gun fires.
