Multispectral Binoculars HikMicro Habrok Pro HQ50L 850 nm

Building on the already strong original Habrok, the HikMicro Habrok Pro HQ50L 850 nm multispectral binocular takes that concept to the next level. In terms of appearance and format, it resembles a regular binocular, but beneath that familiar housing sits the latest technology. The result: crystal-clear observation, even when it's completely dark outside.

Optical sensor
On the left side of the binocular you'll find the optical module, built around a CMOS sensor with a resolution of 3840x2160p. The objective measures 60 mm in diameter and thus captures a lot of light. By default, this sensor magnifies 5.5x; via digital zoom you can stretch that to 22x, bringing the object much closer. At 100 meters, the field of view measures 12.6x7.2 meters. A module that lends itself perfectly to sharp observation.

Thermal imaging sensor
On the right side of the HikMicro Habrok Pro HQ50L 850 nm multispectral binocular sits the thermal imaging sensor. With a resolution of 640x512p, a pixel pitch of 12 µm and an NETD of just 15 mk, you'll pick up even minute temperature differences. The objective on this side has a diameter of 50 mm. The magnification ranges from 4.3x up to digitally 25.8x, while the detection range reaches 2600 meters. At 100 meters, you're looking at a field of view of 15.4x9.3 meters.

IR Illuminator and LRF
Alongside the thermal imaging sensor, this HikMicro Habrok Pro HQ50L 850 nm multispectral binocular features an 850 nm IR illuminator. Because the light beam remains invisible to the naked eye, whatever you're observing won't notice a thing. For determining distances there's also a laser rangefinder (LRF) with a range of 1000 meters.

Display
The 1920x1080p OLED displays show each image razor-sharp, and thanks to the refresh rate of 50 Hz everything remains smooth and comfortable to watch. Handy is the streaming function: you send the image through to a second screen, so multiple people can watch via one multispectral binocular. For varying conditions you switch the optical sensor between day, night and auto mode, while the thermal imaging sensor chooses from black hot, white hot, red hot and fusion.

Camera function
On top of the HikMicro Habrok Pro multispectral binocular sits a row of buttons that make operation intuitive. Via those same buttons you access the built-in camera: taking photos and recording videos with audio is effortless, and you can directly capture what you observe. Storage is handled via the internal 64 GB memory.

Battery & water resistance
Power is provided by a replaceable and rechargeable Li-ion battery pack that lasts 7 hours, so you can stay out for long before charging is needed. Including that battery pack, the multispectral binocular weighs a total of 975 grams. The IP67 rating makes it completely dustproof and resistant to 30 minutes of submersion in water up to one meter deep — a solid choice for those heading into nature under rough conditions.
