The Heat Inner from Deerhunter is a lightweight quilted gilet with water-repellent finish and integrated heating technology. A single button press on the front generates comfortable warmth within seconds. The heating elements are strategically positioned across the back, lower back, and shoulder region—areas where the body requires maximum insulation during extended outdoor use. Three heat settings allow you to balance warmth intensity against battery runtime, giving you full control over performance and duration.
Designed with an athletic cut, the vest features DuPont™ quilting (100 g/m²) in all padded zones, delivering excellent insulation properties even without active heating. Side stretch panels ensure optimal fit and unrestricted movement for hunting, hiking, or tactical operations. In severe cold, layer it under your hunting jacket as a mid-layer; in milder conditions, wear it as a standalone piece. The vest is machine-washable (without the power source), though you will need a separate USB-A power bank (minimum 10,000 mAh capacity) to operate the heating function.
Operation: activate the power bank first before connecting it to the vest. Once attached, turn on the power bank and use the vest button to select your heat level. Setting 1 (blue) reaches approximately 38°C with approximately 6 hours of runtime; Setting 2 (green) reaches approximately 45°C for roughly 4 hours; Setting 3 (red) reaches approximately 55°C for approximately 2 hours.
