The new 365 all-weather jacket in Infinity Forest camouflage from Merkel Gear is a genuine hardshell—a high-performance technical rain jacket engineered for the most extreme weather conditions. This jacket forms the definitive storm-resistant outer layer within Merkel Gear's 5-layer system. Whether facing strong wind gusts or heavy rainfall, this highly breathable weather jacket protects you against everything nature presents. The design prioritises minimalism, durability, and extended service life. The 365 AllWeather minimises seams to remain fully waterproof even after years of use. The outer material comprises 100% recycled 75D polyester—an exceptionally robust weave made flexible by 10% elastane, following every movement effortlessly. A powerful membrane is protected by a 40D nylon backing layer. The outer weave features an environmentally responsible DWR coating (free of PFOA and PFC) allowing water to simply run off. High-wear zones are reinforced: the elbows feature extremely durable Strongflex® trim, composed of cross-elastic Cordura-Nylon® and Dyneema®. The extended rear hem is similarly reinforced to protect the sensitive membrane during extended periods seated on hard ground. The 3.5-layer construction is specifically calibrated for hunters' demands: robust, as quiet as a durable rain jacket allows (complete silence is incompatible with weatherproof durability), completely waterproof, and highly breathable. The jacket features water-resistant ventilation zippers in the underarm areas and a robust two-way Aquaguard® main zip from YKK®. Equipped with a large, three-way adjustable drop-away storm hood with reinforced brim, two spacious chest pockets with optical lens cloth, two exceptionally large semi-Naples hand-warmer pockets positioned at elbow height for water drainage, and two large interior pockets. Cuffs are rubberised fabric allowing you to seal sleeves around wrists in a waterproof manner. The waistband is adjustable and the substantially extended rear hem reliably keeps water away from the waist.
