The NEXTORCH hiStar is a versatile headlamp that adapts to different operational demands through two integrated light sources. Equipped with a 100° ultra-wide flood beam and a 15° spot beam, both realized via Claw Optics™ lens technology, this lamp transitions seamlessly between diffuse illumination for close-range work and focused output for extended distances. The unit delivers white and red light across spot, flood, and combination modes. A single-handed rotary control with locking mechanism ensures intuitive operation, while stepless dimming allows precise adjustment to your exact requirements.
Construction prioritizes durability without unnecessary weight: a lightweight Mg-Al alloy keeps the headlamp at just 96 grams. IP67-rated against water and dust ingress, and impact-resistant to two meters, the hiStar is engineered for demanding field conditions. Maximum throw of 256 meters (ANSI standard measurement) is impressive for its compact 82×46×35 mm form factor. Internally, the U.T.B. (Ultra Thermal Buffer) maintains comfortable operating temperatures during extended use.
Power comes from an included 18650 Li-ion battery (3400mAh), delivering extended runtime depending on selected mode. Whether navigating wilderness operations, conducting fieldwork, or performing night-time tasks, the hiStar functions as a reliable and flexible companion.
