The Fenix HM50R V2.0 is a versatile rechargeable headlamp built around an integrated 16340 lithium-ion battery. This compact yet powerful unit delivers up to 700 lumens with an effective range of 115 meters, making it suitable for camping, hiking, and demanding work in low-light environments. Its removable design means you can deploy it as a mini handheld light when you need both hands free or require greater flexibility in positioning. The HM50R V2.0 combines white and red output in a single head-mounted solution. You have access to multiple brightness settings across both white light modes—Turbo, High, Medium, Low—and dedicated red light functions including steady and flashing options, allowing you to adapt the beam instantly to your task or preserve night vision when required. The USB Type-C charging port enables quick recharge cycles, while the operational lockout feature prevents accidental activation during transport or storage. IP68 rating guarantees complete waterproof and dustproof performance across harsh conditions. Construction uses durable A6061-T6 aluminium with HAIII hard-anodised finish, rated to survive 2-metre drops. The Cree XP-G3 LEDs are rated for 50,000 hours of service. Runtime varies by mode: the red flashing function delivers up to 120 hours, while Turbo consumes the battery in approximately 1 hour. Total weight is 78 grams including battery and headband.
