Its narrow, curved blade is available in semi-flexible or flexible variants, ideal for precise boning work in professional butcheries and meat processing facilities. The ErgoGrip series is recognised for its uncompromising ergonomic design and cutting performance, with a balanced hardness of 56° HRC delivering optimal edge durability and straightforward maintenance.
Designed for fatigue-free operation and maximum safety, this knife features a polished, stable blade that is laser-tested and ground to exact cutting geometry. The ergonomic handle incorporates an extra-wide thumb rest and pronounced finger guard with zero gaps between handle material and steel. The non-slip handle is engineered in durable plastic that resists wear, remains fully hygienic, and withstands dishwasher cleaning up to 130°C.
DICK uses exclusively blade materials and plastic handles that comply with food safety regulations. After approximately 25 processing steps, each knife is equipped with the optimal cutting edge by specialists using in-house developed machines, with laser angle gauges controlling precise sharpening and honing angles. Every knife bears the genuine DICK mark—a guarantee of quality and tradition.
