BALLISTOL Assembly Spray

BALLISTOL's assembly spray provides excellent protection against seizing on threads, press-fit connections, and all types of assembly situations. Thanks to its specialized lubricant formulation that withstands temperatures up to 800°C, this spray is ideal for mounting suppressors. The long-lasting corrosion treatment effectively prevents contact corrosion and protects assemblies and connections between different metals. This spray excels far beyond suppressor installation. It reduces static, sliding, and rolling friction, performs excellently during tire and wheel assembly, protects press connections and threads, and maintains axle and drive seals. Operating across an extreme temperature range of -100°C to 800°C, this formulation functions reliably under harsh conditions. The formula significantly simplifies assembly and disassembly, offers exceptional pressure resistance, and produces stronger connections by smoothing deformations and shielding surfaces from environmental factors. It prevents wear on rubber and plastic components contacting metal, reliably prevents seizing, and reduces friction resistance and wear across the board. Key specifications: free from silicones, PTFE, and acids (non-varnish-sensitive), protects against saltwater, diluted acids, bases, and chemical vapors. Suitable for all sectors—industrial, agricultural, and domestic use. Contains no chlorinated solvents and complies with workplace substance regulations.
