BALLISTOL Suppressor Cleaner

BALLISTOL Suppressor Cleaner dissolves and neutralizes combustion residue automatically, making it ideal for maintaining suppressors that are difficult to access or impossible to disassemble. Carbon deposits on fins and in tight spaces significantly compromise suppressor performance, but this cleaner removes stubborn fouling without requiring extensive manual labor. The application is straightforward: the cleaner works passively and requires only time to take effect. For modular suppressors, submerge the entire unit in the solution; after approximately two hours, normally fouled suppressors emerge clean, and loosened deposits can be removed with a brush and water. The cleaner is also compatible with ultrasonic cleaning baths. For non-separable suppressors, seal one end with a conical bore plug, fill completely with cleaner, and allow two hours of contact time before flushing thoroughly and rinsing with water. For heavier fouling, warm the cleaner to 40°C and extend the contact time to four to eight hours. After extreme use or hundreds of rounds, soaking time can be extended to 24 hours. A color shift in the solution signals when contamination has been fully dissolved. After cleaning, we recommend protecting the suppressor surface with weapon oil. The formula contains surfactant-reducing agents, is material-safe, acid-free, odorless, and includes rust-inhibiting additives. It is biodegradable and can be disposed of through standard household waste systems.
