For .25 and .30 caliber PCP air rifles, the DonnyFL Shogun +P is a solid choice. Mounting is performed via ½" UNF threaded connection, which fits both the barrel thread and an adapter. What distinguishes the +P version from the standard Shogun is an extra layer of metal mesh secured with stainless steel rings — a modification that makes the silencer more resistant to intensive use and the higher power of modern PCP systems.
The sound suppression itself is achieved via a core with baffles, wrapped with felt and metal mesh. A threaded cap holds the core in place within the aluminum housing. This cap also carries the ½" UNF threaded connection for mounting to the rifle.
