The "+P" in the name stands for the reinforced version: compared to earlier versions, this variant is strengthened so it can handle the higher internal pressure of those heavy calibers. This immediately benefits the lifespan of the silencer.
The exterior is made of aluminum and can therefore take some abuse. Inside, it's all about the core: felt and metal mesh surrounding the core work together with the baffles to dampen the gunshot noise. Via the threading on the rear, you connect the silencer directly to the rifling of your rifle or to an adapter. If you want even more dampening, an optionally available DonnyFL extension piece fits here — a handy addition for those who want to build on it later.
