Slugs Nielsen 5.5 mm HPDB 27.5 grain (.217)

For heavy 5.5 mm air rifles, Krale offers the Nielsen 5.5 mm 27.5 grain (.217) dish base slug. Due to the hollow point in combination with soft lead, rapid expansion occurs upon impact. With a ballistic coefficient of 0.090, the projectile is more stable in flight than a pellet.

What sets this slug apart is the production method: cold pressed from soft lead. That method delivers high dimensional accuracy and thus sharp accuracy.
