Vector Optics Continental 5-30x56 VEC-MBR Riflescope

Want to shoot at long distance with a powerful rifle? Then the Vector Optics Continental 5-30x56 VEC-MBR scope is designed for that. The objective measures 56 mm, a substantial size that lets in plenty of light. That light output is enhanced by the fully multi-coated lenses from German Schott, which transmit light completely. The result is a clear, sharp and detailed image, even when there is little light. With variable magnification from 5 to 30 times you bring the target close. The eyepiece is 42 mm in diameter, and thanks to the 100 mm eye relief you shoot safely and comfortably — exactly what you need with sturdy long-range rifles.

Under changing light conditions the image remains usable. You keep the reticle in view thanks to the red illumination, with six brightness settings that you switch between via the turret on the left side of the 34 mm tube. On that same turret is an adjustment ring for the parallax setting, which you adjust from 10 yards to infinity. Adjustment on both turrets is in increments of 0.1 MRAD, each time with a clearly audible click. The elevation turret offers an adjustment range of 26 MRAD, the windage turret 16 MRAD. Locking and unlocking is done simply by pushing in or pulling out the turret.

For powering the illuminated reticle you use a CR2032 battery. The housing is made from impact-resistant 6061-T6 aluminum and filled with nitrogen, so the lenses on the inside do not fog up. The scope is also water-resistant with an IPX6 rating: a water jet cannot penetrate it. A solid choice for the shooter focused on precision at distance.
