Vector Optics Continental 1-6x24 Riflescope

The Vector Optics Continental 1-6x24 is a rifle scope with ED-glass (Extra-low Dispersion) and fully multi-coated lenses. This combination ensures sharp, color-accurate images across the entire field of view. With an objective diameter of 24 mm and a light transmission of 93%, this scope performs well even in low light conditions — a practical choice for twilight situations.

The housing is made of matte black anodized 6061-T6 aluminum, a material known for its corrosion resistance. Additionally, the scope is certified to IP67 standard: it can be submerged to a depth of one meter for up to 30 minutes without water entering. Internally, the scope is completely filled with nitrogen, preventing condensation on the inside of the lenses.

The Continental 1-6x24 uses the German #4 reticle as its crosshair, positioned on the second focal plane. In the center of that reticle is a red illuminated dot with six brightness levels, powered by a CR2032 battery. The battery is placed in the turret on the left side, which also serves as the switch for the brightness levels — this keeps the crosshair clearly visible against any background. The elevation and windage turrets each offer a maximum adjustment of 120 MOA; each click — distinctly audible — corresponds to ½ MOA.

The magnification range runs from 1x to 6x. At minimum magnification, the field of view is 36.4 meters at 100 meters distance; at maximum magnification, it is 6.8 meters at the same distance.
