Looking for a handy EDC knife without fuss? The SOG Tellus ATK in Squid Ink Yellow combines a straightforward design with versatile use. One-handed opening is effortless: choose the thumb stud or the flipper to deploy the blade, after which the frame lock secures it firmly. For the blade, 440C steel was selected—a hard steel type that maintains its cutting edge for a long time and therefore requires little sharpening. Moreover, this steel resists rust and wear well, making the knife virtually maintenance-free—a pleasant feature for those who carry their knife daily.
The grip features two scale pieces of GRN (glass-reinforced nylon): lightweight, yet hard enough to withstand rough work without damage. Because GRN naturally resists moisture, the knife is excellent for outdoor use. Between the scale pieces run sturdy steel liners that separate the two halves. You maintain grip thanks to the pre-formed finger groove, and with the carry clip you can clamp the knife straight onto your trouser pocket.
