You operate the blade when opening or closing with an adjustable thumb stud; once open, the back lock holds the knife reliably in place. The blade is made from 8Cr13MoV steel with a hardness of 56-58 HRC. This combination keeps the cutting edge nicely sharp, but also allows it to be easily resharpened. Because this steel resists rust and wear well, the knife requires little maintenance and you can take it outdoors without worry.
On the handle side you'll find two scale parts made of black G10 with a rough texture that increases your grip. Thanks to the ergonomically pre-formed shape, the knife remains comfortable to hold even during extended use. G10 is also a tough material that resists wear well and absorbs virtually no water, making it practically water-repellent in practice. A solid EDC choice for anyone looking for a handy knife.
